This 30 lesson course is for learners who are upper intermediate to advanced in German (CEFR Levels B1-B2) and who want to develop the appropriate expressions and skills needed to handle specific B2B customer service situations.
Each lesson contains useful vocabulary, phrases, and expressions related to the unit’s speaking goals.
The speaking goals include, make a good first impression on a new client; apologize and explain a company policy; help clients purchase the best product or service; process a refund or an exchange; respond to an unreasonable client; and develop your team’s cultural competence, communicate effectively with a client over the phone; express empathy with a client.
